How to handle 5 AP classes

I am a Junior in high school and I am currently taking 5 AP classes: AP Lang &Comp, AP Psychology, AP American Government and Politics, AP US History and AP Calculus AB. I wasn't intending on taking so many but it just happened and it's too late for me to switch into different classes. Has anyone taken 5 AP classes at once? how did you handle the stress? How did you study for the AP exams and what was your score on all of them? do you have any tips for me? I'm not involved in any ECs but I may start working soon. Thank You!

OP, @jrakas4 just said in a post tonight that she had 8 APs going into senior year. Why don’t you message her and ask how she did it? I don’t envy you, but students go off to college with 15 APs.

I don’t know about APgov but AP history usually involves alot of reading and also essays. AP Lang I imagine also lots if writing and I think grammar. AP calc depends on how good you are in math.

Alot of colleges only give AP credit for exams scores of 4,5.

So you don’t have to necessarily take exams in all the APs you’re taking, only the ones that benefit you the most.

Make sure to read the AP credit policy of each school you’re interested in to make sure to get all the credits that benefit your major.

Also sometimes you can use AP credit for history or English and get some gen ed credits out of the way.
Or place into a higher math class if you already took AP calc.

But of course it depends on you major, the particular school and your AP scores.

Some schools also limit the number of AP credits you can use or limit the use of AP credits for math or science classes.
