How to handle the stress!

<p>How do you handle stress? I need the tips....ugh... U_U</p>

<p>I always write in my journal. Then listen to loud angry and/ or depressing music. Then I hug my duckie.</p>

<p>listen to some good music. sing to some good music. and don't eat too much because you'll regret it later on.</p>

<p>but...BEST SOLUTION: Sleep it off</p>

<p>I do the same as usna_reject although it's my plush polar bear instead. I usually turn to Jeff Buckley or Everclear in my time of need.</p>

<p>turn up my pat benatar cd as loud as possible and dance around my room.</p>

<p>I just borrow a couple prozacs from my best friend.</p>

<p>I find exercising (running, dancing, biking, etc.) helps me relax (or at least forget about whatever it is that's stressing me).</p>

<p>Why stress? Stressing won't make things better? I always like to remember that almost all things, when taken into context, are insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Of course, it is easier said that done, but what the hoo!</p>

<p>Just keep workng... there's a hidden joy to homework :)</p>

<p>Grapeful, when I'm really stressed I also tend to play a lot of Everclear. :) Thought I was the only one who still listened to them!</p>
