I am in the process of filling out the FAFSA for my undergrad D (returning student). My S is graduating this year and has not decided if he is going to attend graduate school. From what I've read in other threads, you fill out the FAFSA with your grad student included as a member of your household if you will be providing over 50% of their support, and then the school decides if they are counted in their calculations for FA.

Any suggestions on how I should do her FAFSA? Count him just in case, and then amend it if he decides not to go?

I am also up in the air about # in household. Even if he doesn't go to grad school, I may still be providing 1/2 of his support depending on the job market--that remains to be seen but her Fafsa is due March 15th!

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
