<p>I have finished my freshman year and am trying to transfer to a school with a rolling admissions policy. I applied last week and with the wait for final transcripts they should begin reviewing my application on Monday. They say it takes about 8-10 weeks to get a decision. This will be pushing it for fall semester for me to have enough time to decide where to live, etc., if i get accepted. My question: Is there any way to call or email the admissions office to have them make a decision more quickly? Is there anything I could say (not offensively) to have them look at my application any faster? I've heard a few stories about applicants calling the admissions office and having them make a decision faster by telling them you have to make a decision quickly because you need to decide where to go. Any personal stories or comments that work?</p>
