How to improve CR score

Howdy all,

I'm a junior in high school and I was looking for some advice for SAT prep. On my PSAT sophomore year, I received a 216. At the end of the summer (around a month ago), I took a proctored practice test and I received a 2240 (M:790, W:790, CR:660), and I was looking for some advice on how to improve my CR score by the time I take the PSAT in mid-October and the SAT at the start of November.

As of now, I've been reading through Larry Krieger's "Essential 500 Words". Do you think this would be enough to improve my score?

My goal is to get a 235+ on the PSAT and a 2300+ on the SAT. Can someone give me advice on how I should prepare moving forward? Thanks a lot!

Practice, Practice and Practice! There’s no other way!! Complete a full practice test regularly preferably from College board’s book. Mc-Graw hill is also a good option. As for words, there’s no limit! you may memorize 4000 words but still face new words in the test. So, memorize as much words as you can. (me-CR770)
