SAT March Scores:
CR- 700
Math-710
Writing-780 (11 on essay)

I want to bring my math score up, because to me that's the easiest thing to bring up (rather than CR where it really depends on the luck of what passages you get that day)
How can I turn my Math 710 to an 800?
What books are the best for that?

Thanks!

It depends on what types of errors you make? Do you make careless errors, or do you omit problems because you don’t understand them?

I don’t know…guess I’ll find out when I see my score breakdown…I usually am the most shakey with geometry but there wasn’t much on the March SAT so I don’t really know where I went wrong…
I got a 770 on the Math Level 2 SATsubject so I thought that the Math on the SAT 1 would be much easier for me to score well on.
But what book will give me the most complete review for Math SAT 1?

I didn’t receive my product, so I can’t get a refund. You guys have been warned. Do not go to that site. If you need free ebooks, PM me. There are some hosted by known sites like Amazon and Google, not some scam Chinese site that you can’t trust.

lol, the cheap looking formatting of the website itself is enough to stop me from buying stuff from there

i laughed really hard

lulz, have you seen those incredibly detailed writing explanations that crazybandit has been giving people? he is no nuisance and is just trying to help prevent other people from getting scammed since he himself has.

lol

Don’t be rude yourself. Crazybandit has created some neat explanations on writing. Even though he has been hostile towards me, I still respect him for contributing.
@Crazybandit
You can refund regardless if you have received your item. Give it some time. You’ll eventually get your money back =]

practice tests? and why would you take the math I test AFTER the math II?

Sorry for the confusion but I’d really like help with this.
To clarify, it wasn’t the Math 1 subject test, it was the Math Section of the SAT 1 aka the SAT Reasoning Test.
I would like to move from a 710 to an 800 in the next few weeks.
^What practice tests are the best in helping me do so?

Kaplan and Princeton Review have practice tests that are easier than the actual SAT. Barrons has practice tests that are harder than the actual SAT. Just those and College Board.

Definitely the Barron’s. But what really matters most is just taking a whole lot of practice tests, even without the English. I went from a 540->800 by taking 24 practice tests.

O yea, but make sure you have explanations to all the problems, or else you won’t know where you went wrong.

a 710 in the math, i hear, was due to missing 3 questions. So, you’re pretty good in math.

Therefore, practice, I believe, is not going to do much.

It’s all about being careful. Once you’re done with each math section, go back and check them all (check the trickiest ones first, and go from there).

It’s not because of incompetence that the 710 happened (although 710 is a really good score), it’s carelessness. CB tries to throw as many word tricks it can.
