Hi guys, I have some questions about how to get into a top MBA program.
About me:24, male, Asian.

Years ago when I first started college, I attended Rutgers University in the engineering program. I was doing a lot of things and the same time, and my personal life and my student life was far from perfect. My mom wants me to finish engineering school, so I stayed at the school for 2 1/2 years before I dropped out. I had depression for a while, but got well without taken any medication, etc. I left Rutgers with a GPA of 2.0 or 2.1. I did not hate engineering that much, but I really didn't have the best environment at the time(I am not going to get into details)

After I left Rutgers, I went to community college while working part-time. My GPA at community college was 3.81. I later transferred to Rider University and triple majored in accounting, finance, and management. The school wasn't challenging at all, and I did not work very hard. My current GPA right now is 3.50, and I except it to go up. I am studying a lot harder this semester and try to improve my chances to get into graduate school in a few years. I expect my GPA at Rider to be around 3.6ish by the time that I graduate from here. I am going to get my CPA right after I graduate, and work for 2-3 years before I apply for business school.
Here are my questions.
1. Will my bad grades at Rutgers have a huge impact for admission?
2. Should I say that I had depression for a short while, and improved my situation or say something else instead?
3. Is my Rutgers transcript required for admission in all the top school? Or is my Rider transcript enough?
4. If i get 730 - 760 on my GMAT, then what's my chance to get into a top school?
5. If I took some computer science class, and get a masters in computer science while working and go to business school 4 or 5 years from now, would I have a much better chance to get into a school like Stern, Chicago, Columbia, Sloan, or Northwestern(I assume Harvard, Pen, and Stanford are impossible at this point)? Is it worth it?
6. What are the break downs for admission for most of top school?(GMAT, GPA, essays, experience, recommendations, etc.)
I would really appreciate if someone give me some insights about these concerns. Thank you very much.
