How to increase chances of entering MIT?

I am a international student from TAS (Taipei American school), and I am going to be a freshman after this summer. I don't have any honors classes and I only have B+s(all around 89%) for all of my subjects. For next year, the classes I am taking are English 9, Geometry with proof, History of Asia, Physics 9, Spanish 1, General Business and entrepreneurship. I did not apply for any clubs or sports team. I am good and interested in science(except physics) and robotics but I am a very bad writer. All I want to know is what should I do to increase my chances of getting into MIT? To be more specific, how should i increase my grades, what extra Ecs should I attend and what other things should I do to increase my chances.

I would also like to know what does MIT want from a student and what subject or skill they care most about.
