How to increase my math SAT score from 650 to 700 area?

I seem to have a hard problem trying to increase my sat score. I don't know, but maybe some background information might help tell you what kind of person I am.

PSAT Oct 2006 math - 57
Oct 2007 SAT math - 570
PSAT Oct 2007 - 65
CB Practice Test I took recently - 640.

Now, AFTER I look at my answers, I do know why my answers are wrong. However, I never seem to improve.

Sometimes, I make careless errors. I recognize them once I look at why my answers are wrong, but I just can't improve. How do I concentrate better?

I know that there may be a few hard problems that I can't solve, but if I had more time, I really can answer all the hard problems. What can I do to get a 700?

Spend 10 or more extra seconds on each problem to make sure that you understood the question and the answer fits in. IF you increase your speed, you can have more time to go back and check over your work. WHen people do practice tests, usually their #1 mistake is doing careless mistakes that they could have recognized had they either put more attention on the problem or gone back through to see.

take some higher-level math courses
practice for the USAMO, if you can get a perfect score on that, you might be able to get a 700 on the math section
