<p>where do i go to make the MPN?</p>

<p>and is there a separate process to get the perkins loan or is the entrance counseling and that MPN apply to it too?</p>

Just click on the types of loans that apply to you and follow the steps. It has all the links to complete the entrance interviews and sign the MPN. Just you know, you need to complete a separate MPN for every type of loan.
