<p>Hi everyone! I've been a server (and buffet runner) at a private golf course for almost 3 years, and I was wondering how I could make it look really good as part as my university application. The application asks how I demonstrate leadership and teamwork (business). Any suggestions would be nice!</p>

<p>Holding a job for three years will look very good to a university.</p>
<p>Trying to make it more than it is will look questionable, if not disingenuous, to a university.</p>
<p>You yourself must know, or can figure out, when in your job, or anywhere else in your life, you were a leader of others–when you set a good example or took charge of something and you and those you worked with did well–and when you were an effective and useful member of a team.</p>
