<p>Ok, i noticed on the first form, it says not to type (ie Adobe acrobat) because its read by an optical scanner. Does this apply to the other forms, in addition to form 1? Form 1 has a ton of boxes, whereas the other forms have more like lines for u to write stuff on, so does that mean “where there are boxes, write, where there are lines, do whatever?”</p>

<p>i'm not a hundred percent sure, but for all the other forms except form 1, you can either write or type. i believe it says that on the top of the other forms. yeah, like you noticed only form 1 has lines, so i guess that means it's scanned and you have to write for only that. other than that, you can either type or write, whichever is your preference. i'm doing the app online because it seems a lot easier to me that way. hope i sorta helped.</p>
