How to move fast on the ACT

I've taken the ACT twice already and i am scheduled to take it a third time. I have no trouble whatsoever with the content. My only issue is timing, but its a big issue. I can finish the english and math sections with time leftover, but for reading and science I have at least one passage left when time runs out. I've tried tons of different methods and some have speeded me up a little, but i still cannot finish. When i go over time when i'm taking practice tests i can get 33 and above on both sections, but with time my score ranges from 27-29. It's really frustrating. Any suggestions for how i could speed myself up?

Don’t actually read the passages, find the sentence that the question asks about and then, if needed, read a few sentences before for context.
