When I take the ACT I do really well on English, Math, and Reading. By the time I get to the Science section my brain is dead. Any tips to keep my brain awake. I feel like I put so much energy into the first 3 sections that I don't have enough for Science.

If you can interpret graphs pretty well, often times there is no reason to read the passages next to them; they just say what the graphs say. Certain science passages you have to read, but reading what the graphs are about when you can look at the graph and figure it out yourself is a waste of brain energy and time.

Here a trick, when you feel tired, sleepy, mind isnt working, etc take a couple of deep breath and try to forget your past test sections. Then hold your breathe for more than a minute. This triggers your body’s fight or flight response and your mind will clear up because of it.

Training and doing practice tests will help w. endurance.
Otherwise it’s pretty much a mental game. Stay awake and try to get through it.

Get plenty of sleep the night before.

There are breathing exercises that you can do. Breath in for 7 counts, hold it in for 7 counts, then let it out for 7 counts. That usually helps when I need to do a focus/breathing exercise.
