<p>I've skipped two grades during my schooling career, one of them being my sophomore year in high school. How do I note this on the common app? When I fill out my extracurriculars and check in which grades I participated in them, it just looks like I did nothing my sophomore year because I skipped it. How should I note that I completed high school in three years instead of four?</p>

<p>How is that a helpful answer at all, eagle69? This isn’t about the pros and cons of skipping grades. It’s a question about filling out the Common App.</p>
<p>You can put a note in the additional information section and it will be apparent on the transcript your counselor uploads that you skipped soph year. Ask your counselor to note you skipped it on their evaluation form where they write about you.</p>
