how to pay from common app and CSS?

as an international student from India, I wanted to know that is the Debit Card accepted by the common app and the CCS? or do I need to have a credit card?

How do I pay for my application?
You have several payment options:
• creditcard(MasterCard,Visa,AmericanExpress,
Discover);
• debitcard(MasterCardorVisa);or • onlinecheck.

I copied from the CSS profile page. But, you are an international student so not sure if this applies to you. You may want to dig deeper into the website to see the policy for international applicants payment options.
