@EAAAAAA0726, have you read this thread? You cannot PM because in order to do so you need 15 posts. If after 15 posts you still cannot PM you need to log out, then log in to refresh your browser.

I’m going to voice my opinion about PM. In many cases, the questions you have or the comments will be valuable to others on this forum. I am not sure why everyone new here feels the need to jump to PM so quickly.
Just post your questions or comments on the right forum. You will get a larger variety of answers than in PM anyway.
Agreed. I’m glad someone else mentioned this first, because I’ve been thinking about this for a while. 
I should also point out that PMs should only be sent to people who are amenable to receiving them. Unsolicited PMs are tantamount to spam and are a violation of the rules of the forum.
Yes, and to emphasize yet again, spammy posts will be deleted and a warning issued.

We tend to delete posts from new users that look like the only purpose is to build post count. That’s exactly what I did here.
The 15 post minimum was doubly confusing when someone PM’d me and I was able to respond, but later couldn’t see how to start a PM thread. Thanks for the info.
16 posts, but still show as just a “New Member” - would like to be able to PM.
