how to posess sense of humor?

I lack it. Anyone has the same prob? I want to make more friends and don't want myself to look very boring in front of girls

You can’t force a sense of humor, that’s the worst thing of all.

It does, however, help to laugh at yourself a bit.

ha…funny thread

just laugh.

watch more TV…

everyone has a sense of humor, i mean just loosen up and it will naturally happen:). the best way to make friends is to join clubs, and intramurals (clubs with more chicks than doods. There’s nothing worse than a sausage fest.)

You want to laugh? Look at the world around you. It’s effin’ ridiculous 90% of the time.

stop being so uptight.. for real, most people who have no sense of humor are wayyyy too uptight

the above are some of the worst advice i’ve seen.

watch conan o’brien.

^ Good first post.

Try watching Comedy Central. Your sense of humor is hidden deep inside. You’ll find it, eventually.

Think quickly

^ that’s kinda true… it helps to be quick with witty comments, but not completely necessary. Just be as social as possible and eventually you’ll get a feel for what’s funny and what isn’t. Being able to laugh easily is important; as well as laughing at yourself. And watching comedy shows helps too, even if it means repeating the lines directly from the shows. (colbert report, conan, family guy)

Watch Comedy Central, especially Reno 911!, South Park, and the Colbert Report, and youll be a hilarious ■■■■ in no time.

Loosen up and laugh.

sharpen your sense of sarcasm

best stuff not on comedy central: the office

agreed. comedy central isn’t that great any more now that chappelle’s show is gone. another good show to watch is scrubs.

Yes, Scrubs. Colbert Report. Daily Show. South Park. Futurama.

Just get the basics covered and you’ll be able to have conversation with nearly anyone.

^ add family guy and pretty much watch dave chappelle?

If you like reading, find some opinion columnists that you find entertaining then analyze WHY you think he/she is funny. One of my favorites is Danny Katz, a Canadian living in Australia.
