How to prepare for the PSAT in this final week

<p>I'm a junior, going for national merit this year, what can I do in this last week to prepare for the PSAT? Last year I got a 187, not doing too well in the CR/ writing sections. I haven't taken the practice test yet but I think I will later today. Do you think that the practice is accurate in terms of difficulty?</p>
