how to prepare?

Right now i'm going into my junior year of highschool and i'm really looking at Westpoint as my choice. I got a whole 3 months to physically train myself before school starts up. I was just wondering if anybody has some advice on what I could do to help improve my chances.
I'll be working two jobs this summer at about 60-70 hours a week until end of august and phsyically training (weights and running). I know the United States military is my career and I can't see myselft doing anything else. One way or another I'll be in it and I might as well try for the best.

Thank you for any advice or guidance.

I suggest taking a martial arts like tae kwon do. It will teach you respect, leadership (when your a higher rank), self-defence, and it will definitally keep you in shape. Otherwise run a few miles everyday to increase your stamina.

This is a nice preparation program.

The Official United States Naval Academy Workout

Run, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, etc. Doing them one right after the other will help a lot with stamina. I would alternate weighted training and non-weighted.

Get a partner to workout with! I eventually did, and it helped a great deal.

thanks for the advice guys

Besides the physical part, did you all prepare any other way?
