How to raise SAT/ACT score?

<p>Hi, I got a 30 on the ACT and 1900 on the SAT. I know these scores are both abysmal so I am looking for some helpful tips. I have taken the ACT twice and got 30 both times. I completed the official ACT red book or the second test, which obviously didn't help. I also have the official SAT blue book which I have not done yet. For the SAT I need score increases of 100 points in the two main sections, math (610 first time) and reading (640 first time). I got a 650 in writing which is bad as well but I understand this section is not very important. </p>

<p>So...I am looking for a 33 on the ACT and a 1450 CR+M score on the SAT. Any suggestions? Success stories? Has anyone used a professional service like Prep Me or IvyInsiders to any any success? Thanks.</p>
