How to raise the Writing Score

<p>Is there any prep book out there that has great explanations on grammar?
I need to study grammar for the Multiple choice part of the Writing Section in SAT1.
Any other advice about how to raise the writing score would be great!

<p>Well I haven't been exposed to a great variety of writing books, but I do have a copy of Kaplan 2400 and Barron's 2400. Both are great resources for improvement in the grammar section, as well as writing the essay.</p>

<p>Dont spend any time on doing exercises othen than CB<code>s .Totally useless ,completely useless.No book follows the same standarts as College board does.You dont need harder or easier questions,you need exactly the same that will appear on the real test.
My native language is not English and i ve learnt Enligsh in a specialized language highschool (one of the best in Europe) .I have only learnt the formal and grammatically correct language and don</code>t have any problems with the writing senctions.I hardly make more than one mistake on practice tests.But I have never done any test that is not CB`s because it is ,as i said ,completely useless.</p>
