Hi, I'm a freshman at Yale currently housed in Saybrooke residential college. I was wondering how I could receive mail at my dorm room? Like is there a special mailing address or p.o. box I could use? If so, how can I find that out?

First of all, Saybrook doesn't have an 'e' on the end. :)

Second, you can't receive mail directly to your dorm room. Read this: Post Office Boxes | Mail and Shipping | Planning Your Move | Yale College | Class of 2012

About three weeks ago D received a mailing from Yale that provided a form to be mailed (with a check for $43.00) to the on campus New Haven USPS. The letter gave Ds Yale mailing address (p.o. box #). It also provided her on campus telephone number.

Which, BTW, very few students use. D has never had a phone other than her cell.
