How to report October 2016 ACT scores on common app for early decision?

I took the most recent ACTs on October 22 and I will be reporting my scores to the college I’m applying ED for. Since I haven’t received my scores yet, should I list the ACT on my common app? What should I do to ensure that the college gets my scores?
