How to request information about a college?

I have recently received a lot of emails from my 1st choice school, but most of them provide information specific to the university’s engineering program. I want to contact them and request some info more specific to their liberal arts program.

Should I email the admissions office for the school’s College of Arts & Sciences in order to request this information?
