How exactly do we send AP scores to UCD? I checked my status on the ucd site, and it says that they haven’t received my AP scores yet. They say that you were supposed to put the name of the college you want your scores to be sent to on the day you took the AP test, but i remember we were only allowed to put one school, and I put ucsd, which I won’t be attending.

The collegeboard site says that in order to send another score report, we have to do it by phone and pay a $15 fee. so is this what we’re supposed to do, or am I missing something?

From the admissions page:

Please note: AP and IB exam scores will not appear below in the “Official” section until July 15. Also, AP exams with scores of 1 or 2 are not displayed, since they do not earn academic credit. You will be notified if required exams have not been received.

Starting July 15: Please verify that we have received your official scores in the “Official” section below. If you sent multiple exams, only your highest exams will be shown. If your official scores do not appear below, we have not received them. In that case, please call the appropriate testing agency to confirm that your scores have been sent to our office. If the testing agency confirms this information, please contact our Undergraduate Admissions office at (530) 752-2971.

If you are certain you did not put UCD down to receive your official test scores call to have them sent.

To have AP scores sent, contact:
AP Services at (609) 771-7300 or (888) 225-5427; use the Davis CEEB code (004834)
AP: Grade Reporting Services

Yes, you were supposed to send your AP scores by putting UCD on your AP booklet which you used this may. Why did you put down UCSD? @_@
Basically, UCSD will received your AP scores (which is cumulative, I believe) but UCD will not.

You have to pay $15 and get you scores sent.

do we need our ap number?
because i threw my ap booklet away >.<

Kinda on the same note, I sent in a transcript from a community college 2 or 3 weeks ago and my status on the site says it hasn't been received. Does it take that long to mail it or have they not logged it yet or something?

You do not need your AP number if you use the reporting service on the College Board web site. Log in and look for the score reporting feature.

It may take awhile for the community college transcript to be recorded. You might want to call or email and ask if they have sent it yet for peace of mind.

@iceangel112: sry. I really meant AP answer sheet. the one where you filled out your address, birthdate..and such.

EdibleEgg: Transcript processing can take a few weeks from the time you order it. It largely depends on when the record was prepared and mailed from the College or University. Once received by the UC Davis campus it will only take one or two days to reach our office and then a couple more days for us to sort and key the record onto the MyAdmissions site. Assuming the correct address was used (not just Admissions but "Undergraduate Admissions" since we have 5 admissions offices on campus) is should arrive just fine.
