I have 4 college application fee waivers I received from Collegeboard after I took the SAT. I applied already through Common App and asked my colleges if I could send in the fee waivers through email but none of them replied back. I am confused. Should I send them in through mail or email?
I think the common app schools can be applied to for free after a verification from your guidance counselor.
I don’t think you have to mail the collegeboard fee waivers to them. You can use them for schools not on the common app. For those schools find out how they want you to submit the app fee waiver.

read question 3 on the FAQ, it asks about common app
If any of the common app schools want you to verify your eligibility for free applications, it is usually done by your gc. They might want the unique code on the SAT fee waiver or a copy of the SAT fee waiver.
At least that’s what I think the above FAQ answer is referring to.
Basically it’s saying that you can apply for free to common app schools by answering questions pertaining to your eligibility and you can also use the 4 app fee waivers from Collegeboard for non common app schools.
