I have two letters of reccomendation from my chemistry teacher and my math teacher...how exactly do i send them to UCF? do i just send them in an envelope? how exactly does this work...i have no clue and im hoping to get my application proccess and everything done by early next week...any help would be appreciated..thanks :)

Also, does UCF require letters of rec?

I don’t think they require them . hhaa I’m trying to get everything sent in by next week also. I’ve seen your posts and everything around the board, we are in similar situations. What term are you applying for ? Good luck!

lol yeahh im applying for summer term since its suppose to be easier to get in. if i dnt get in UCF i think i might just go to valencia community college and then just transfer to ucf. what about you?

Idk hopefully I get in somewhere, but if not then arghh I’ll go to hillsborough community college and transfer somewhere. It just annoys be b.c I already take classes there, i have since junior year and im over it … like it’s nothing new :/

well if you get rejected from UCF and u reallyyyy wanna go there then you should apply to valencia community college it guarantees you an entrance to ucf :p

Yeah I’m sure I can get in from HCC though even though it’s not “guaranteed.”

Well goodluck in all of your apps :)!

In my attempt to prod my s to do something about his application I discovered that on the last page of the pdf application there is a sheet that you can print off to give to your teachers/counselor to check off and fill out and they then send it directly to UCF. The address is on the bottom for them and they also note the transcript can be sent in the same envelope. It has to come from the school, you don’t get to see what they said.

My son’s school has massive transcript requests this week since apparently everyone was told to send apps this week after SATs which is where everybody is at now.

I printed it off, handed them both to him with reminders (and no I didn’t put a post-it note on his shirt but I was tempted:) to get them in this week. The rest is up to him.

I hope both of you ladies get into UCF because it seems you are much more on the ball than my dear s. :)

Thanks ! :)
