I've got two letters of recommendation, from a teacher and a counselor. I'm applying to UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television, and they require two letters of rec. So I have physical copies, but I'm not sure what to do. The application has a place where I put in the information for the letters, and I signed waivers of access for them. Then there's a button that says send, and when I click that, a pop-up asks me "Would you like to send the request now?" I don't know what request that is. I already have the letters. I thought I would scan my copies of the letters and upload them, but there's no place for that.

First of all, you are in the wrong forum. This is for California State University, Los Angeles. You are applying to University of California, Los Angeles which is more commonly know as UCLA.
However, I will answer your question for you. You cannot send in your physical copies of someone else’s letter of rec. So your options are to send the email request (send the request now) to your recommenders and then they will upload the LOR. The other option is to talk with your college counselor. Make sure that they have both physical copies in hand (they will probably wanted it mailed to them in a sealed envelope from your recommenders) and then send the request to your college counselor and they upload the other teachers’ LORs.
