I know it's a basic question but I tried searching on the forums and couldn't really find an answer... But basically, how do I go about sending my scores? I know on the Common App there's a section where you're supposed to list stuff, but there aren't enough blanks to put in all my AP scores or the exams I will take (total 13). Also, am I supposed to contact Collegeboard to send SAT stuff to the colleges? And if so is there a fee or what do I do? Is there a similar process for AP scores?

Thanks so much!

SAT/SAT II score reports: [SAT Scores - View SAT Scores - Send Score Reports](<a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>SAT Scores – SAT Suite | College Board)

AP scores: You’re supposed to put the names of the colleges you want to receive the scores on your AP booklet when you took the exams. For those colleges you didn’t list, look here: [AP Scores - AP Grades & Reporting Services](<a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>View Your AP Scores – AP Students | College Board)

I am pretty sure for AP exams you are supposed to put down the ones you have taken only, not ones that you are planning on taking (might be wrong, but I don’t really see the point of indicating what you are going to take, because those scores won’t be available till after you have enrolled). One usually does not send AP scores to schools they are applying to. You simply list the scores you have recieved. If that takes up too much space, I would first list the ones you have taken and then in the additional information section list the ones you are planning on taking and if some didn’t fit put those as well. You really shouldn’t have to send AP score reports to colleges. For SAT/SATII assuming you want all of your scores you simply log in to My Collegeboard and there will be the option of sending. I am not sure on the new process of requesting individual scores.

There is a fee for both AP score reports and SAT score reports. For SAT it is $9.95, but you get 4 free reports when you take the SAT or SATII. Also I believe AP reports cost $25, but you get one free one when you take AP exams.
