How to send teacher recs

i want to use online application for upenn
but if i do, how would i send teacher recs?
should i mail teacher recs and counselor rec separately by mail?</p>

<p>also, what do i need to do for teacher recs?
what do i have to give them?
do i just print out the teacher rec form from upenn’s application from the website and give it to my teachers?
please give me some advice

<p>idk about paper. i'm having my teachers do the online rec (online app section 1), and i'm going to have my guidance counselour print out the pdf rec and mail it with my transcript.</p>
