How to send the fee waiver?

<p>I need help
I am an international student and going to send the recs and the fee waiver in the same package by rapid-post (3 days to the US).
The fee waiver request that I have is none but a letter attesting of my incapacity to pay ssigned and stamped by my couselor with no financial document, no form ..nothing!</p>

<p>Is that enough?

<p>That should be perfectly fine, and it will be up to the admission office whether they accept the request (they almost always do). The mailed letter may take a while to get processed, so be patient :)</p>
