how to send TOEFL scores? (financial issue)

ohkay. i took TOEFL, and got a decent score.
now i gotta let colleges know my score, yet an evil ETS charge freaking 15 dollars for an insititution. (plus 12 dollars for a phone call)
i am applying 6 colleges, that would come out 12+6x15 = alot.
and it's not coincident i dont have money neither do my parents.

when i called one college about this, its admission counselor told me to ask my school counselor to send a copy of my score report. (he said some HS includes TOEFL/SAT scores in transcript. but my HS doesnt.)
however when i called another school, its admission counselor said it gotta be an official report from ETS. and nothing else is any good.. eww..

what should i do?
(i mean.. i guess if i ask every friends and relatives and just pass-byers i know for some money, i might be able to get some money to send my scores to some colleges, if not all.)

any suggestions?

p.s : btw, i didnt hate ETS that much, but now i do a lot.

You can send copies of your TOEFL score report certified by your school principal's seal and signature. However, have in mind that you have to contact every college and ask whether they would accept those copies, since some schools claim that they would receive only official reports from ETS.

Most colleges will say they only accept official reports, but when you explain your situtation and send a copy of your report signed by the principal, they should be able to accept it (or atleast comeup with some other way to get your scores to them)
