How to send university highschool transcripts?

<p>Im in Parchment, and i sent an electronic delivery method transcript to U of Illinois, but on my application status it says they did not recieve it. I got a e-mail saying my highschool approved of it, si since its an electronic delivery, shouldnt they have gotten it immedietly? </p>

<p>Was i suppose to choose the actual mail choice from Parchment, and send it to them like that?</p>

<p>Actual mail choice is better. I chose that route and they received my transcript the next day.</p>
