When did you email? If it was anytime in Feb, March or April, I am not surprised, because they would have been crazy busy trying to finalize and sort out admitted students, etc…
I would email the rep again, and cc the general admissions office email. Or call and leave a message on a reps phone number. I have to say, my D had limited success in contacting AOs. Some were very responsive, others not at all, unless it was for soemthing important about,the application.
