@LBad96 Unless you work in admission departments at UM and all Northeastern flagship colleges I’m not sure how or why you can state as fact that the information presented by the colleges on the common data set is essentially a lie, that it “impossible to take it (interest) into account” and that it is a “farce”. Understanding that no system is perfect there are ways to take interest into account pretty easily – computers can track visits/contacts, applicants can be asked to self-report visits on a supplement etc. . IMO it is best not to present your personal opinion as fact.
