Hi,
I am currently a sophomore at a boarding school, and since I just came here last year, I was not able to take any AP classes. Therefore, I am self-preparing for AP Econ(both) and AP Psychology, perhaps Art History if time allows. But how can I sign up for these tests if I am not taking courses in school? Are there APs easily manageable?
Thank you in advance for your help, and I appreciated it!
If your boarding school offers that AP class, you could likely just take the AP exam along with the rest of the class. Even if your boarding school doesn’t offer that AP, you could ask your AP coordinator to order the extra exams and find someone to proctor it to you.
Some schools don’t allow you to take the test at the school if you aren’t enrolled in the class. If that’s the case, you have to go through Collegeboard to find schools in your area that will allow you to take the test at their school, and then contact their AP coordinator.
