<p>Isn’t it obvious why it’s on the Yale forum? OP wants to have the privilege of putting “started NFP” organization on his/her resume – in order to curry favor w/college file readers. Am I wrong OP?</p>
<p>Sounds right to me haha.
But to do so, you first need to have an idea. What are you going to do with this? Help people in poverty? Sell cool objects? Perform services? All of the above simultaneously??
The steps after that are quite a bit easier, once you’ve got someone to help you out and all.</p>
<p>Just treat it like making a school club, only on a bigger scale - local community vs. high school.</p>
