I'm in a community college, working on becoming a transfer student. I loved doing Speech in high school, and it gave me so much joy and really made me happy. It's an EC that I excel at doing - I performed at All-State my senior year. Are there any organizations for Speech and Debate at the college/university level, or should I just start a team where people who join compete against each other, without going to competitions or competing for award recognition? The NFL, NFA, AFA, NCFL all seem to be for middle school/high school students only. Are there any collegiate associations/leagues? Do you have any other advice? Thanks in advance!

This site lists many College Forensics orgs.

This is the sort of activity I would think you might need faculty involvement.
Can you talk to an English Professor/Dean about this possibility?
Also look on your college website to see if something exists.
