Their tips aren't too bad, although I would never give up late-nite buffalo chicken pizzas even if it meant i wouldn't be able to see my peni$ (stupid filter) without standing on a mirror.

yeah for a sec i was like.. you are a guy... who's 5'7.. 135 lbs. Why do you have to stay in shape? Sounds like you are too skinny. But then I read that you just wanted to pass the info on :D

I'm 5'7 and weigh about 135 pounds so I figured I'd pass this link along to someone who might actually need it:

Sounds like I could lay an inconceivable smackdown on you

do you guys have some tips for me. i'm a college freshmen who looks like a young kid. my height is 5'5 or 5'6 don't know for sure and i weigh 120 pounds

What are good foods with protein? I'm trying to lose some fat and gain defined abs/muscles, and my abs and stomach/oblique area are my main priorities. I do cardio along with the weight machines. The fat should come off progressively with time, right? I'm close to my ideal weight, I just want to take the next step.

Chicken (breast is very good), tuna (don't eat too much of it though), fish in general is good, beef, eggs (don't eat too many yolks) are just a few rich sources of protein. My suggestion for losing weight (the way I did it, I gained a 6 pack over the summer) is just watch what you're eating. When working out, always do exercises first, and then cardio. If you do cardio first, you won't have as much energy to lift as heavy as you can.
