I was just wondering what is the best way to study for the exam? Just getting a prep book and reading it over and over/taking notes?

How are you studying for it?

I don’t know what book you use, but there is a website called apnotes.com that outlines events and explains things very well. I get most of my study materials from there and also read my textbook. Hope this helps!

Are you self-studying the course or are you taking the APUSH class?

I studied hard for APUSH. I would usually have my notes from class and I would go over all the notes before a test or midterm. I would highlight the information and literally say everything out loud before the night of the test. Then I would make flash cards too but they didn’t help much. What helps is repetition. Also listen to lectures again and again. Also use AP materials , like AP prep books. I wouldn’t overdo resources though. I would mainly use your notes. Every apush class is different but usually the notes are the best, and then a study guide through AP. Don’t spend time on the text book.
