I only know everything up to Scientific Revolution, so I'm freaking out. All we've done in class is watch movies, and occasionally the teacher lectures about something. I'm going to have a lot of free time this week(TAKS test, so no homework), so I'm going to buckle down and study till my eyes dry out.

My only question is how should I prepare/what should I read?
I currently have:
Cracking the AP European History Exam
Modern European History
Kaplan
An old Arco Master the AP European History Exam
Idiot's Guide to European History
5 Steps to a 5

Yes...I know I'm a study guide junkie, but the library was pretty helpful. Should I pick just one of these(if so, which? Modern European History?) and stick with it, or try and read bits of them all? Or is my time better spent studying for something else(like US and physics)?

What are you guys doing? I'm feeling overwhelmed, and would really appreciate some advice!

Ironically, you’re missing the most useful one. Cliffsnotes is awesome for Euro. Know everything in it and you’ll be set. It’s also well organized and easy to read.

omigosh im in the exact same situation! I just started studying today using barrons’ 3rd ed…altho it’s pretty old, I’ve found it very helpful. It has 2 model tests in the back of the book, model essay and multiple choice qs at the end of every chapter…oh and a bunch of essay tips.
urgghhh I’m soo scared…it’s my junior yr…and i’m only doing one other ap so if i don’t get 5s in both it wud look really bad for uni!
If you have any questions with the curriculum feel free to pm me :-)

I don’t think I’ll be able to get cliffs, so I’m sticking with Modern European and Kaplan. The practice tests on Kaplan and Princeton look pretty good too. Thanks Yasmin, just knowing I’m not alone helps
But yeah…I’m starting to feel sick when I think of the test. Really not good.

@ DMOC - I’m referring to CliffsAP. My bad.

@ bookgirlx3 - In that case, I’ve heard good things about Modern European History [by Viault right?], but it is much too long for a short period. I’ve seen princeton before, and it’s a solid book. Do that one, and complement it with 5 steps to a 5, and you should be set.
