How to study for math IIC

I'll be in honors precalculus this fall and am taking SAT Math IIC in november. How should I start studying for this? I just completed precalculus at a community college this summer (except it was much harder than the one that my high school offers..it taught a lot of advanced concepts that aren't usually introduced in high school math classes.)

I've heard Barrons is good, should I just get that book and do the practice tests? Please suggest something.

bump .

So why are you taking precalc again? Anyhow, for the Math IIC, do the practice tests in Barrons and brush up on any areas that are giving you trouble. Also try to learn whatever material is in Barrons but was not taught.

Read the material in prep books and practice the areas that are difficult for you, then do as many practice tests as you can find and review the questions that you get wrong. Once you do that you can do the tests again and if you still have troubles with some areas practice on them. And the most important thing, or at least for me, pace yourself and be concentrated on the test day

can anyone link me to the barrons edition that everyone uses for iic?? on amazon the one i found was from 2001 and i think that's a little outdated by now

Practice tests are the ultimate prep.

Just get some review books and do the practice tests, and see if there's any material you haven't been taught or have trouble with.
