How to submit common app online?

<p>I want to send my application on line, but how am I supposed to do it?</p>

<p>The teacher's recommendations & other things in the common app are all hand written. So should I scan the application?</p>

<p>And should I combine all the forms into one file and then send it?</p>

<p>Please help me out</p>
