<p>Just wanted to know...if you are sending an article that you had published, do you send it by itself with an explanatory note, or do you send the "what else" form with it.</p>

<p>I am wondering the same. I've got a research paper I want to submit (as I received an excellent comment by my teacher) but don't know where to put. Guess I'll attach it and then they can throw it in the paper bin or whatever they want to do with it.</p>
