How to submit documents on IDOC

Hi, I submitted all of my documents on the IDOC service last week and they only appear in the uploaded documents section. They all have the symbol of a page with a green arrow which the website says means “Document upload package has been received. A document requirement is not satisfied until validation has been completed.”

But is there anything else I have to do to make them move from My Uploads to Processed Documents?

You just need to wait for someone at the CollegeBoard to process the files, and it’s been taking much longer than the stated 2-3 business days (as you’ll see from this related thread):
