How to submit mid-year report?

<p>I have a quick question. How should the counselor submit the mid-year report. Does she log in to her common app account, fill everything in, and attach the transcript and additional comments? And if so, does this automatically go in to all the colleges I've applied to?</p>

<p>If not, then do I print it out, fill in the applicant section then give it out to the counselor and she physically posts it? This seems quite tedious as I've applied to quite a large number of universities and since I'm applying from a foreign country, the cost that my school bears for post would by very large.</p>

<p>I'm inclined (and I hope) to think that it's the former option but can anyone please confirm this?</p>

<p>These days, most high schools send mid-year reports automatically, without needing student input, as they already have a list of the colleges you applied to. Some schools send mid-year reports electronically through the common app or Naviance. Some send a CD with pdf files, while others send in paper via post. Talk to your guidance counselor and find out what your school does.</p>

<p>When your counselor sends your report via CommonApp, once he/she clicks submit, it will automatically be send to your list of colleges.</p>
