Are you asking about Profile? What does the school’s website or form instructions say?
Each school will have their own process regarding submitting the waiver including how they want to receive the information.
Since many people are still working remote, you will most likely email the information. If the request is coming from the school, email the information to the person that made the request.
i would contact the school about how they want to receive it since every school is different. if they don’t get back to you on time, i would send it both electronically and by mail just to be safe
