How to Submit Supplemental Recs?

<p>How do we send in supplemental recs? Does the rec writer simply send the admissions office a letter indicating the student's name? Or does the Common App have a supplemental rec form?</p>

<p>It works the same way as the teacher recs: you give the rec-writer a stamped and addressed envelope, and they send it in.</p>

<p>yes...i second FCS: for supp. recs, do you have to use the TEACHER EVALUATION for or do you have the recommender just send in a letter WITHOUT filling out the TEACHER EVALUATION FORM (i assume this latter is correct...)</p>
