How to succeed in AP Physics when my teacher doesn't teach?

Hi,
I'm in AP Physics. I am trying to learn, but my teacher doesn't teach. We are doing 2D kinematics right now, and although I understand most of it, there are problems I don't understand. I talk to my teacher when she is available (not often). Most of the class doesn't understand it. How can I prep for the AP test, but most importantly get an A in the class. I'm not used to struggling with classes, especially math based ones (math is my best subject and I understand everything right away, maybe because my teachers actually teach). Anyway, is there a book I can get that will teach me how to do the stuff?
Thanks!
